Hi, my name is Shaun, but people usually just call me by my usernames online. Weight gain has been a problem for me since the age of thirteen or fourteen, and the effects, including anxiety, have taken over my life for over a decade.

I don't want the problems to escalate further yet. It's more so about my health rather than my appearance. I don't want diabetes like my Dad has, so I need to make some changes.

Let's work together on this.

Fitness Minutes: 0

My Goals:
I've not really done so well over the past couple of years. I've gained weight in fact. But it's the start of another year, and I'm setting a less ambitious goal of getting to 200lb from 250lb. Fifty pounds is quite a lot, actually. But I'm giving myself more time to fulfil it.


My Program:
I haven't actually set one properly yet. Simple exercises for the time being when I feel up to it. I'll focus on changing my diet for now. One step at a time, eh?



Personal Information:
I live in Manchester. Due to an illness I am unable to work presently. However, I am self-learning and live in my own flat with the intention to eventually set up my own business.

I'd rather work than live this life, believe me. And the job? I'm studying to become a video game developer. Yes, I'm a nerd, and I'm not ashamed of that. I love video games, anime, and a lot of TV shows and films.

One day in the close future I hope to release a successful mobile game. Not successful in the Angry Birds sense, but successful enough to put food on my plate. (Fewer portions hopefully though!)

    I am glad to see you are getting back on track, noticed you joined the team, thats great, hope it helps, i send challenges out daily and I do them also, I workout at the gym when I get there, lol, and have a few things at home, it really helps when you have someone with you that is on a diet as well, but if you don't I hope we can chat daily to help us reach your goals, during the week I have lemon pepper chicken, broccoli and a baked tater with sourcream, for butter I use a parkay spray butter spay with 0 calories and snack on popcorn , I cheat on sunday, not a bunch but I eat what everyone else is having, How long have you lived in your new place? BTW I drink water, diet drinks etc.
    vow to get moving with your box just 10 minutes a day, not much time and it will get you further than youn realize !

    yes I remember you ! lol it is so good to hear from you again, I stopped by your page about a month ago just to see if you had made it back, I no longer lead Daily Challenge, but I lead a challenge with the same name on the spark team The secret, it gets you at the attitude, hope you check it out and join if it's your type of team, how is the weight loss going?, I have gained but now I am in the process of losing, I am counting calories and logging in my food and sticking with some of the same things, it is not bad at all, down 4 lbs so far, my energy is better, I think avoiding some of the processed food has helped a lot, any way so glad to see you back and I never forgot you, lol emoticon emoticon
    looks like we have the same goal on wieght loss I am hoping between 40-50 total.
