Now here it is, 2010. Where did 2009 go? Again I am starting the new boot camp, I need to get off this plateau!

Thanx to some spark friends I did my first ever walking event, a 5K. I was so proud of myself and it inspired me to do more. And I did 2 10Ks before the year was up. Thanx to Kate and Z for pushing me to do the 2nd one (I was only going to do the 5K)

And what wonderful SP friends I have met along the way. I'm looking forward to this year and all it has to bring, including the Hood to Coast. And with luck, running a 5K. I'm still working on my goals for this year but will get them down on paper soon!

Here it is, 2009. I can't believe it. I will turn 60 this year and am doing a bit of reflecting on my life and future. I finally bought a scale so I now can track weight loss. And I joined the New You Boot Camp in an effort to step up my weight loss. So far it's working.

I'm taking a serious look at my goals this year and what I want to accomplish, and what is doable. I think it will be a never ending process.

I'm starting 2009 with mini weight loss goals and adding more exercise (which I hate) to have a moe healthy body along with getting better sleep. And I want to declutter my life!

I am following a healthy eating plan suggested by this site. I have also started walking, doing some weights at home and paying more attention to my sleep habits

    Me thinks you should pace yourself too hun......it's so easy to keep going when inside you know you should stop, rest and then maybe get back to it.........or leave it for the day.
    I know! When the sun's out and you have a goal to "get it done" it's easy.
