My goal is to be fit for my daughter, so that I can walk her down the aisle someday. And my goal is to be fit for my wife, so that we can look back on lives well lived.

My goal is to be healthy for my family and for myself. I want to be around whenever they need me, and I want to be able to enjoy the journey.

 I'm trying to make better choices about what I put in my mouth and how I take care of my body. This means some diet changes and more physical activity.
