Introduction Text I'm a 23 year old woman on a quest for a healthier life! Its been a long time coming; growing up I never really learned what it meant to eat healthy or exercise regularly. Now that I'm an adult I see that taking steps to re-teach myself the right way to be healthy, is going to enrich my life! I love to live!!

Losing weight the healthy way. x3*~~*Goals*~~*x3 370 - (I'll be able to use my WW scale again) 350 - My weight 2 years ago. 320 - My weight through high school 299 - Lord I thought I'd never see this number again. 260 - Am I dreaming? 235 - So Close!! 199 - I am AMAZING! 170 - Looking GOOD! 150 - WINNING!

Living a healthy lifestyle, meaning: Getting a decent sleep, eating proportionate meals, getting up and exercising a bit. Overall just enjoying life more.

Cat Person, but not literally. Loves to create new recipes, or recycle old ones. Loves the smell of Autumn Leaves. Prefers music over T.V.

Notorious exercise procrastinator and emotional eater. P.S. I love food!
