My goal is to maintain healthy eating and regular exercise in order to lose weight and become healthy.

I am planning my meals, and tracking my food. Also, I'm planning and scheduling my exercise and tracking that. I will drink 8 glasses of water a day, and I will journal every day.

My name is Cindy and I live in SW Florida. I'm originally from Michigan and moved to Florida in 1999. I'm married to the man of my dreams, I have a wonderful job and a very comfortable and happy home.
