It's nice to hear from you, too! Good luck - and I hope you can start taking care of yourself soon. I understand though, since you now have a young son, that it can be difficult.
For motivation purposes, I've made an inspiration board on one of my bedroom walls and follow pinterest - fitness boards. Sometimes, when I really don't feel like working out, I watch a little Biggest Loser in workout clothes, which pushes me to do the workout.
I did some of Jillian Michaels' workouts... she can be a little grating for me, but I love her workouts. I lost 14 lbs in a month and a half (8 lbs register on SP, since I gained an extra 6 this year before I decided that health really needed to be my priority). I just started Insanity yesterday as well. I'm not following the program to a T, since I run once a week and like to do some other workouts, but hopefully it'll help me get over this plateau... I'm really pushing myself - my ultimate motivation is that I'm having a reunion with some old friends and last time they saw me was when I had gained all that weight, I'm short, so every pound really shows... now I'm back to what I was when they first met me.
Keep me updated on how you're doing. I know you've got it in you. :) 3285 days ago

I'm sorry I've been away for a horribly long time (over a year... sheesh)! I got caught up in my last year of school and fell out of the habit of watching my eating habits/exercising regularly... which just led to gaining the weight back that I lost last summer (and then some). I've restarted with a fresh start and motivation to really make these lifelong healthy habits a little over a month ago (I guess I had only been motivated for a month... and then I caught a couple viruses, but I've finally gotten better and am returning to those habits).
How have you been? I took a look at your page (to see if you were still active) and would like to congratulate you on your first son! How old is he now?
Hope all is well with you and your family! Keep me updated. 3371 days ago
