Hey there.. My name is Linda.. I used Sparks people last summer and lost 8 pounds....... I did not keep it up so here I am again.....starting over..... and no. I didn't gain all 8 lbs back but i did gain 6 of it back....

My New YearsResolution for 2010 is stop doing stupid things... One of those stupid things not taking care of my health....t....... It is smart to eat healthy, to excerise healthy.......Both of those changes in my life style are smart choices......... 16 pounds is less than 20 and I can do this... My goal is the middle of March ... 2 1/2 months.... I can do it...........

My Goals:
My goal will take me from 141 lbs to 125 lbs within a 2 month period.

I CAN DO IT: Just stay focused on the goal at hand.

Do the right thing. It will gratify some people and astonish the rest.

My Program:
Starting over on a healthy lifestyle change.....I plan a 1000 calorie diet. I am allowed 1200 to 1500 calories perday (this way I have room for error-- for that extra bite and bigger portion that I didn't count) 8 glasses of water and a 30 minute excercise program everyday.

Personal Information:
I am 50 years old and live in Oak Ridge Tennessee love group outings and and love to play golf.

If there is any golfers close by.. I would love to play with you.... Keep in mind.. I am not very good... I just love to play
