Thanks for making me your . It does seem harder for some of us then others, but you are on the correct path & great that you've started it at a young age. As a senior I know the older we get the harder it is. Staying motivated is a big challenge for most of us. I use tracking & watching nutrients and find they really help me to research & reach the correct level nutrients got good health. For me I've do it 1 small step at a time, and I am almost to my goal.
