Tamie I did the yoyo routine, maybe as high as 172 sometimes but only really started tracking my weight loss somewhat since about Christmas and I know I was about 164-6 at Christmas time so I had lost the twenty pounds. I really need to get toned up. Drop the next twenty and maintain that loss and keep working on stamina, agility and strength and good habits. LOL someone looked at me today and said , you are getting smaller, whats going on? I said I lost twenty pounds since Christmas ... LOL. Yep, might as well get smaller and fit my height better and get the muscles going again. Sort of got whammied with this med being reintroduced to my system, makes me feel pretty slow. but busy week this week and getting things done as much as I can. well I better get my weights done, just dumbbells tonight , biceps and shoulders, light weights but its a start. Some of this is really like rehabbing , but little gains will add up I am just glad spring finally showed up here. 3549 days ago
