45 is Fabulous


I am45 and I want to be fabulously fit and healthy! This year, I am registered for the Detroit Free Press Marathon Relay event in October. My team includes many fitness heroes. I have battled injuries and an emotionally difficult summer to keep 25 pounds since February. I’d like to lose another 25 by 2019. I am a workaholic who loves the focus fitness gives me.
