After more than seven years of maintaining a 20%+ weight loss, I am familiar with both nutritional and psychological principles to make healthy eating more likely. Compulsive overeating/bingeing on ultraprocessed foods- candy, cakes, cookies, sweets, and packaged snacks and breads- was my big issue. The changes didn't necessarily happen fast, but the time passes anyway, so even working slowly on habits paid off.
