    Hi! It looks like you recently joined us! Welcome! you will love it - remember to take small steps (the steps in the right direction seem to be more important than how large the steps are!)

    I also see you joined our thread, "lose 15 lbs by Christmas"!~ We welcome you and we are a very positive, supportive message board. Just so you know, the challenge was given the last week of October, so don't beat yourself up to make all 15 in one month, although I am sure it is possible. However, the challenge is also to log on each day and report in on how you are doing on the challenge (you don't need to weigh yourself every day, just let us know if it is a good day, challenging day, got you exercise in, etc - anything you want to post so we know you're working toward the goal. ) Knowing you are supposed to check in seems to be the thing that keeps the goal in my mind and helps me turn down things I really don't need to eat to stay healthy, so it works for me! Hav a healthy journey!
