Hi all I am Erin, from the Hoosier state of Indiana.
I want to lose 75lbs, that will bring be down to my goal weight. I was really hoping to lose that by October but that is not going to happen because I messed up my foot and now I have to have surgery :(. So this is going to be going onto next year. I have been struggling with my weight since out of highschool, since I didn't live with my mom any more and didn't have to eat her cooking I decided to let myself go and eat whatever I want. Now I regret it. I am boarder line of being diabetic, and I have high blood pressure which is going on 3 yrs now and also have high Cholesterol which is going on 1 yr now. I thought I could bring both of them down to do exercising but its not going down :(.
I finally started counting calories in August of 2012, and I'm doing it pretty regular now.
My boyfriend and I are eating more chicken and veggies, hardly any red meat and junk food in the house.
My boyfriend is finally on board with me on this, I told him I didn't want to die in my 30's I want to live for a very long time, and I told him that I needed a partner and that partner is him. He did some huffing and puffing but he is with me on this woohoo!

My Goals:
My goal is to eat healthy lose weight
start exercising
get off my medicines
Lose 75lbs

My Program:
Eating less, going to start counting calories, not eating out as much, walking. Want to lose about 70-75lbs to be to my goal weight. I also stop drinking caffeine I started in June of 2011.

    Hi, Erin,

    Thank you for working to keep this team going. I am still in it and try to huddle each day. I belong to TOPS and it is a struggle to get this weight off. I only lost .75 this week and one pound last week so I thought I would have a bigger loss. I worked really hard at it and I will keep on but it is very frustrating.
