Introduction Text Hi, my name is Betsy. I am a wife, grandmother and a horse lover. I have already lost around 80 lbs and need to lose 50 more. I am here to enjoy the journey with my fellow sparker and daughter. Update 10/2/08 - I have adjusted my weight today. I have slid back do to limited activity lately. Between a broken toe - heel spur - jacked up ankle - I am just not getting enough activity - but I will soon I hope. So I have some weight to re-lose. Oh well baby steps!

I am recently diagnosed w/fibromyalgia, and want to use exercise and diet to help control it, so I can be more active with my horses and grandkids.

I am doing a mix of pilates and walking to start getting in shape. Plus those barn chores and grandchild chasing!

I live in Colorado. I am married (29 yrs) to a wonderful dh. I own 4horses. I have two grown children, one son in law and five grandchildren all under the age of 5!

PINUPGIRL JESS is my daughter.
