My Goals:
I want to be healthy, get more active & stay that way for the rest of my life.

My Program:
 Eating more fruits & veggies. Exercising more.


Personal Information:
I'm hitting the BIG 40 this year(in a couple of months). I'm married & a stay at home Mom to 2 boys, ages 12 & 7.

Other Information:
 I enjoy gardening & to cook. Spending time with my family is very important to me.
