Hey, thanks for stopping by! I have been living low carb now for almost a year with great success. I am 25 lbs down and am 5 lbs from a goal I never dreamed I would reach. . I have always struggled with my weight never "quite" getting where I wanted to be. This way of eating works for me and it is not as difficult as I thought it would be.
I am a runner, wine and cat lover....have two grown up boys and work part-time/casual. Life is good.

My Goals:
I have done lots of 10K races as well as 2 half-marathons in the past. I would love to do another this summer (2019). This winter I have kept my running up and started a training plan to run one in early June.
My Program:
I started eating low carb last spring (March of 2018) mostly eliminating white starchy foods and sugar. I lost the weight easily and surpassed my first 2 goals. It is now 6 months later and I am 4 lbs away from my final goal of 130.
Personal Information:
Love to exercise, mostly running but also biking and swimming in the summer. Did my first triathlon this past summer (2018) and hope to maybe do more next year. I also do lots of Beachbody workouts at home. Exercise has never been my problem, its the food! Also did a Mud Hero 5K this past summer...hard at times but a lot of fun with friends.
