    Hi, if you are looking for a challenge group to help you lose weight, the Biggest Loser Challenge group is starting a new challenge (Jan 1st, first WI is Jan 8th) with registration happening right now.
    I am a captain of the Resolute Renegades that focuses on finding what helps you lose weight (there are basics, but we are all a bit different), and accountability (encouraging you to get your weight loss tasks done). We don't spend a lot of time online instead focusing on our weight loss tasks in real life.
    If this team doesn't feel like a fit for you, there are all kinds of teams that focus on support or pushing exercise minute or nutrition or other topics, so you can find a team that fits for you.

    If you want/need a little push...consider joining us for an 5 week challenge.

    Why not join the X-WEIGHTED CHALLENGE? We're all ages, all fitness levels, all striving to live a healthier life. There is always something to learn from each other. These teams are also a great source of motivation! We can become healthier by working together and making new friends as we go. We compete in weekly nutrition and fitness challenges. It is similar to the Biggest Loser team. There are 3 teams that compete within the X-Weighted team. We do ATC (All Teams Challenge) various challenges (nutrition, fitness etc.) The main requirement is to post your weight weekly. The ATC challenges and/if individual teams have challenges are optional (however, very beneficial). If you have any questions, please let me know.
