To loose this extra weight, and learn how to keep it off for good. Learn to live healthy and fit everyday forever :)
My Program:
Cross fit 2x week
Get active 1x wknd
No wine through week!
No sweets through week!
Track food and activity every day.
Personal Information:
I have only a couple more years till 40, great husband and kids, love my career and my house in a beautiful little town. A lot of energy and time spend elsewhere to get us where we are. Its time for me now! Time to get fit and healthy. Loose the wieght and keep it off!
Other Information:
I have a new passion for Cross fit! Love it!!
