I want to lose weight feel good about myself.


Well Im 34 years old & would love to lose 85lbs I been heavy all my life .I hope I can Drink 8 glasses of water a day.Im little nervous I just hope can do it..I have alot faith i n me.I hear to make friends & Talk about weight losses & other things.

 To go for walk once day.
Do cardio exercise about 4 times a week.Drink pleanty of water.Eat heathy foods.

    Hi Ericka, How are things going? My life has been crazy!! My summer was full of softball & volleyball for my daughter then just when things were supposed to get easier my father had a stroke.
