Time for a Change
I've been yo-yoing for YEARS now and i'm sick of it. This is actually the biggest i've been since I got out of High School and I'd like to lose everything I gained plus the weight I had before. I was doing really well but then I started an office job and before I knew it I had gained 50 pounds! I've been working out and eating healthier. But I figured joining and seeing others work and achieving their goals would help me out more. Hope everyone sticks with their goals and achieves them when ...
