    What are you doing for exercise dear? I couldn't believe your minutes! Good job. It makes such a dif when you are exercising. I am going to go for a walk this am before it gets too hot. I haven't been walking the last 2 weeks, and I know that it makes such a big difference for me and staying motivated.
    Glad to see you tracking along! I'm camping this weekend, but making healthy choices...camping with a fellow Sparkster helps. HEHE.

    Not good but not absolutely horribe either. It can be salvaged I think. We had kabobs for dinner last night with lots of veggies and I had a salad for lunch with grapes and strawberries. We're going to finish up the kabob stuff tonight sooooo.....like I said, it could be worse.

    Exercise? NULL - NADA - NUTHIN! Now that I'm back to work, I've been coming home with headaches everyday. Can't do much when I feel like that.

    How are you doing? Doin' ok?

    Hey, thanks for rescuing me!!! I hope that I'm not booted, but we'll see. I sparked the leader. I had a rough week last week, out of country visitor and then NO motivation from the computer being down. It was a good eye opener though to how much this site means in my daily struggles!!! I went without for almost a whole week. So hopefully this week will be better....no, it will be better!
    How did you do? I haven't been able to get on and see on the posts...I had a migraine today and so am just checking in quickly...I pray that you did well and am still feeling motivated!!!!

    Hey there chick! This week is doing good. Crazy home stuff, but trying to stay focused on what I'm doing. Making good choices. I have only been able to get one walk in this week so my minutes are going to be low, but I'm hoping to get a walk in this evening.
    How about you??? Staying motivated? Do you have anyone around you that you able to connect with and do this with? I know for me that makes a big difference. Not that I have anyone totally serious about this, but I can scroung up health conversations with my neighbor and stuff.
    Well, continue loosing my dear, continue to find your motivation and live there!! Our heads are the worst enemies!!!!! The goal seems so impossible sometimes, but it's not! And don't let those thoughts come into your goal!!!

    My first week back is stinky! Not because it's busy, just because I have to be there. :( But what can I do. Wish me luck on my interview tomorrow. Hopefully that goes well.

    Great job on the loss this week. Keep up the good work. I think I'm going to attempt the Cto5K. I downloaded the Podcasts for my MP3 player and I think DH is going to attempt it again with me. Oh Boy!!
