My name is Meghan and I had success with Sparkpeople before and I am back and trying again. It is never easy and things never go as planned- this time life got in the way and I gained back some (luckily I did not gain it all back). So I am working at it again. Slow and steady wins the race- I am in it for the long haul. Many of my pictures on here are from last time I lost weight but I don't have many current ones- to scared to take pictures :( So i am back and working hard again!!!

My Goals:
I have many goals.
I want to be at a healthy weigth.
I was to feel better about mysefl.
I want to lead a healthy life.
I want to be a good example to my son.
I want to be able to play with him all the time and never get tired.
I want to be able to run a half marathon next year!
I don't want to be afraid to put on a swim suit.
I want a (mostly) flat stomach.
I want to turn heads!

My Program:
still working on this one

Currently I am strength traing a different body group each day for 15 minutes and trying to get in 30 minutes of cardio five days a week.
I plan on adding another 30 minutes of cardio each day once I can figure out how to fit it all in.

I am really concentrating on food and trying to watch every little bite.

Personal Information:
I am a florida girl- and will never leave the sunshine. I currently live in Jacksonville Florida where I am a teacher, tutor, swiming coach, and full time single Mom.

Other Information:
I am always looking for me people to encourage me and offer any helpful tips that you can.
