Introduction Text im just looking forward to living a healthier lifestyle. For years nows ive been tryin to lose the same 50 lbs and every time i give up when i dont see immediate results. Ive already been struggling on and off since i been back on here... I havent gained any weight back but i have to make a LIFESTYLE change and not just call this a diet cuz it cant be.. in order to lose the weight and keep it off im gunna have to do this for the rest of my life which im okay with because i want to live a loooong healthy life.

*Lose 30Lbs by August 2009 (HALFWAY THERE! woohoo) *Finish a 5k run/walk in August or September 2009 *Jog a mile without stopping by July 2009 (GOTTA PUSH MYSELF!!) *Lose 65 Lbs by April 2010

*Eating healthy *cardio 3-6 times a week (30+ minutes) *walking my dog 3-7 times aweek
