I have been back to tracking my food, exercise, and weight on SparkPeople after a few months away from it. I have lost 11 pounds in the last 2 months. Before picture is with my younger daughter. Made it to Onederland as well. #BeforeAndAfter
Finished my morning workout: 10 minutes rowing machine, 10 minutes elliptical, 25 minutes exercise bike with sprints, 15 minutes hula hooping.
