Hello - Dave Ledbetter here. I started attempting to live a healthier life style in 2000. At the time I weighed 225 (at 5'10"). I selected running as the exercise tool and focused on calorie & fat reductions to lose weight. Now after 20 marathons and a couple of triathlons I'm down to 160lbs! I now realize that being fit is a journey and finding activities that you love is the best way to stay on the path!

    hey! How goes it? I've been out for a bit... I blew out my calf. booo. I am excited though! I am submitting my registration for the St Anthony's Tri in St Petersburg, FL today. The race is on 29 April and in will be my first Olympic Distance!!! whoohoo! what do you have your race calender for next year? I think I'm also doing Memphis in May and a race in DC... I have to be out there for a month for training (work). OH!! I know you're not SUPER far away so I'll mention this... We will have a new half Ironman here next fall! I'll have to send you the link. I think it's up on the Scottsburo Tri Club website. I'll send you the link when I get a chance. I think the race is in October. Any-who- hope all is well and hope to hear from you soon! Noel
