June of '04 When I started losing weight 4 years ago, I was a size 24 (triple extra large) According to size charts, that's: Bust: 50.5"-53" Waist: 42.5"-46.5" Hips: 53"-55.5 June 8, 2008 Waist 30" Hips 42" Thigh 24" Upper arm 11.5" Breast 37" Under breast 33" size 10 (medium) I'm very secure here, too bad all my witty t shirts are really huge on me. But, they're t shirts, so who cares? August 9, 2008 Waist 29.5" (-.5) Hips 39.75" (-2.25) Thigh 22.5" (-1.5) Upper arm 11.25" (-.25) Breast 36" (-1) Under breast 31" (-2) That's 7.5 total inches in two months. The tens are comfortably loose. So... my 3X me would have lost: 14.5 inches in the bust, 13 inches in the waist, and 13.25 in the hips... I would like to note that that is 40.75 inches off those three spots alone. I ROCK SO HARD... ^_^ HEE HEE, I'm a princess! See, I've got a tiara and everything! ^_^ Heeeeeee... I'm easy to please, that's all you need know about me. I'M SO DONE WITH THIS RESTRICTIVENESS. GET ON WITH THE HEALTHY.

Oh, and walking is my old standby. For ST, I prefer resistance bands, body weight training, and the occasional dumbbell, because they're there. ^_^ I prefer not to take up large amounts of space, it's at a premium in this little apartment.

I have a daughter, and a husband, and they are second in priority after my God. I can be very kind, but I am allergic to obstinate stupidity, so I try to avoid it in the interests of not getting in a fight over nothing. That said, I find that most people are not obstinately stupid, sometimes merely ignorant, which is not evil, just uninformed. Oh, and I go nuts over sewing and embroidery on big... powerful... machines. (I'm a nerd, big time.)
