My Goals:
SW 223, CW 223, GW 183
I want my pants to fit better.
I want to get toned up again.
I want to become stronger.
I want to have more energy.
I want to feel good, and look great.
My Program:
Weigh-in day = Sunday
I'm doing a lot more interval training lately, and going into the aerobic zone of 70-80%. My goal is to burn 1600+ calories a week, and do 200+ minutes of cardio. This will change when I reach my goal, and I'll post my plan again then. It'll be about 100 mins of cardio and 4 days of weights.
