DIET WARRIORS UNITE!
Hi guys, here is someone who has zero patience and cannot live with just small portions.
I started Sparkdiet but the progress was slow so I switched to Atkins. First week I've lost 7lbs, but then I started Tae Bo as an exercise add-on. I am not losing weight now for three weeks but I lost my body fat and getting into smaller clothes.
I love the fact that I can track my diet/nutrition and exercise and it keeps me on track (and vice versa).

My Program:
1200 - 1500 cal per day. I am not exercising at present as I have bad back pain. I hope to lose some weight when the pain will go away and I will start light walking, pilates and streches.
Personal Information:
Hi from Toronto, Canada. Here is someone who has lost hundreds of pounds in her life and of course gained them back with interest. I hope to find buddies to help me to establish a new life, a life free of struggle with food.
Other Information:
I love hiking, animals and nature.
