Introduction Text Hi I'm 55 in april . I live in Michigan close to Ann Arbor.I started gaining weght around 40 I have low thyroid but am on medication Its time to get this weight off . I have two grown daughters. I have SEVEN grandchildren

My goals are to lose 80 lbs . I want to be more active and stay healthy as I age

My prgram is walking on a treadmill at a 70 %incline for 91 minutes its burning 600 calories a day . I'm being very careful about what I eat.

I was born in upstate New York . I lived in Newport News, Va. for a short time I moved to Ann Arbor michigan 30 years ago. Now I live in Tecumseh mi . Its about 40 minutes from the Ohio boarderand 40 minutes from Ann arbor

I love music ,oldies and country . I like to watch movies especially when I'm walking on the treadmill And I love my Grandchildren .I love to read
