Just a little bit about me: I love to be surrounded with water. It is soothing and it seems that all my troubles disappear for a moment when I hear the waves moving in or splashing against rocks. A waterfall is especially calming to me when a day has been rough.

My goal is to be 135 lbs. by Christmas and to maintain that weight.


My Program:
 The best thing that is happening is that I am drinking more water which is making me fell that I am full and therefore I am eating less junk at work.

Claudette Jackson from Brooklyn , New York now living in Columbia, South Carolina. I am a paralegal and love my job.

Other Information:
 I love watching horror, sci-fi and action movies. I love swimming and I love spending time with my family. ALL OF MY FAMILY. (That was a hint to my mother-in-law who do not want to move to SC)

    looks likeyou are doing great on your journey keep it up! i'm right above you in north carolina, but my sister used to live in greer for about 10 years (she moved last summer)
