My name is Denise I'm glad to be on Sparkpeople I've been a member from September 2012. In the spring of 2013 I started my first 5 % Challenge I learned a lot from them. I LOVE being a part of the Sparkpeople program. Looking forward to being a part of the Fall 5% Challenge. And reinvent myself with better food choices and healthily cooking, exercise choices
