Fitness Minutes: 2,100

My Goals:
1. Eliminate empty calories.

2. Exercise 5 days/week

3. Watch my portion control

4. Lose 50 lbs.

5. Take control of my temple

My Program:
 I do sit-ups and crunches every day. I ride my stationary bike and treadmill 3/week and I do various videos on alternate days.
