I seem to start over each year. not the year is half over and I have not been on spark people much, I am not losing or gaining weight just staying within 4 lbs each way every week, I know how to do this but keep getting new aches and pains, so I do not want to work out, I have been reading blogs and getting Motivation from all of you here on spark people, my goals for now are to get my house organized, and take out and use some of the exercise stuff I have and I have a lot of dvd's videos equipment kettle bells medicine balls weights in various sizes and a tread climber and a wii fit with stepper and a bicyle in the garage, as for food I am not doing that great because I don't want to cook after working all day, I am writing every thing in a notebook now and hopeing to do better,
