My Goals:
I want to be healthier and lose enough weight so that I can be more active and play golf again.

My Program:
 Exercise every day, whether at the Y or in front of the TV; log my food in my nutrition log.


Personal Information:
I am from central/northwest Ohio and have 11 grandchildren and a husband I love very much. I also have two birds and a dog to occupy my time.

Other Information:
 I love to read; I volunteer for the Ohio Historical Society as a document transcriber.
