I am a 41 yr old female, happily married with 2 four legged kids. I have always been active, but in my 30's I was less active but still doing ok but started to add on the pounds. I still play soccer in the summer but don't have much happening in the winter. I started logging on PT(Peertrainer) Nov 22 @ 155 lb and feel terrible. I also started the Body for Life (BFL) 84 day fitness plan, and plugging away even now. I work as an HR person and am very out going and just want to slim down and stay that way. My husband travels alot so I spend more time at work, or with my friends or my kids (seen in picture Max and Dexter). I Live in the country outside Calgary on 4 acres and love it.

Overall Goal: I would like to get back to a size 6, which is a total loss of 25lb to get me to about 125 lbs

Waist small area: 30.5, at belly button: 32.25
Hips: 40.75, chest: 34.75, thigh: 24

January 15 give or take a day: 147lbs 33.95%

My Goals:
- To work out 6 days a week.
- To eat 2 veggies each day, with one being green
- To eat healthy and curb the bad cravings.


My Program:
Fitness plan is the BFL 84 day fitness plan. At the end of the 84 days I will adjust my excercises and do again.
Food plan is to eat 5 or 6 meals a day. To eat more veggies, as well as combine a protein with most meals.



Personal Information:
I live just outside Calgary closer to Cochrane and work down town.
