Introduction Text I somehow managed to gain 15 pounds while backpacking around Europe. I know all the bread and cheese was a bad idea, but I thought I was walking enough to make up for it! It's now a year and a half later, and since my heaviest point last April (163 lbs!) I'm back down to my high school weight of 145. I've finally begun jogging regularly and my friends have started noticing the recent weight loss. I feel great approaching my August birthday, and I'm determined to hit 26 looking the best I ever have.

I'm 25, 5'9" tall, former competitive swimmer. I would like to get muscular and fit again, and drop a few pounds in the process. I'm at 145 right now, would love to see 140 again.

Trying to eat as clean as possible - no sugar, no refined carbs, lots of veggies and high protein meals. Jogging at least 4 mornings a week and biking 4 miles on two days. I think I'm at a plateau on these last 5 pounds, and I'm trying to start calorie cycling to see if that gives things a kick.
