    Definitely need a do-over for this years Birthdays, Anniversaries, and don't get me started on the up coming holidays...skip forward to next year and pray for a vaccination!

    HI Dawn!! OOPS I should put into the description that though some do hit their 5%, the majority of us do not. Out of 500 plus members in general 20 to 25 will make their 5%, some will lose 1/2 of that, some maintain and since life is sooo crazy some gain. It's really about the support we give to each other, and the WOOHOO fun we enjoy. I'm a leader, and yet, it's rare my 5%, but I am fine with that.

    We'd love to have you with us. To me, when I lose slowly it STAYS OFF better hence why I prefer myself a 1/2 pound to a pound a week. When I am injured (As I am now, broken toe that has another 3 to 5 weeks to heal unless it needs surgery in 3 or 4 weeks
