Living long and Living Well


Life is more than surviving. It's living and loving and growing. Not quite in the middle of my life, I am looking forward to living long and living well.

My Goals:
Lose about 35 kg, and put myself in the healthy heart range.

Dance everyday

Be limber and supple

Finish my PhD

Help my kids grow to be fantastic individuals

My Program:
 Participate with SparkPeople, and follow the program.

Do the exercise that is prescribed, and choose to be involved in my goals everyday.

Dance and do yoga, even if it is for a couple of minutes and a couple of moves.

Write everyday.

Be a role model, and encourage, encourage, encourage!


Personal Information:
I live in Australia, on the east coast of NSW, near a beautiful lake and close to wonderful surf beaches. I like to sing and perform with my partner. I like to dance and do yoga. I have a wonderful and supportive family.

    Am glad to hear that you enjoyed your trip. Where you do reside? NSW so I'd imagine Sydney? I would love to celebrate a New Year's Eve near the Opera House. I was considering being a zoologist when a little girl to save the Tas devils, to me they look like small angry Teddy bears. So I've studied the country and still retain the information. I've read your blogs, am glad that you are living life to the fullest. Wishing you the best on reaching your endeavors. Take care!
