I want to lose 40 then push 50 then 80 pounds. Take it one day at a time. I want to rebuild my self confidence.

I am going to be 38 in a couple weeks. I decided it was time for some changes in my life. I am getting ready to start the second half of my life. I need to start making myself happy. I live in Ohio, I am divorced with a 13 year old.

    Okay, this site keeps getting better and better!

    They just launched today a SparkPeople Fitness Starter Kit $24.95 at there store. This kit includes: Stability Ball with pump, Medium Resistance Band, Pedometer, and SP Workout DVD with 2 full-body workouts! I think this is a great price!!!
