    I see you have joined Sparkpeople back in 2020 - but you have not put anything on your sparkpage - consider putting a little about you and your journey so that when we come to say hi we can read how you are doing

    Also remember to participate as often as possible on all the groups you have joined as that is where you will be encouraged and motivated.

    You asked: How do we stay movitvated = I personally take it one day at a time, one meal a day. I have a food plan outlined and draw lines where I will not waver. And I also have reached out for support - I have 3 ladies that I talk to on the phone during the week - one lady that I talk to daily for 15 minutes (except on Sundays) to give encouragement to each other. If you need something like that send me an email and we will work out a plan to actually talk.
