    Come on fellow veterans. We rock and we know it. Let's walk around the world! Every minute of physical activity equals 10 steps. And steps count as steps. Every step equals 2.5 feet. So a minute of activity equals 25 feet!

    Physical activity will include, walks, jogs, bicycling, Physical therapy, swimming, and list goes on and on, add to the list. Make in interesting.

    So here's my one question, do we all want to walk together, (with a starting point of say Washington D.C. and we keep a running total, or do we all want to go our own way. Double time those answers folks.
