Plans for the first half of 2018: Keep this maintenance life going strong (and it wouldn't hurt to lose 5-7 more pounds either) and fine tune my healthy eating just a little more.

My Goals:
#1 goal is 10,000 minutes above my base activity.
#2 collect as many Keto days as possible


My Program:
In 2005 I lost 80 lbs and made it to Onderland by following a strict (and unhealthy) low calorie plan. And yes it worked, but I was gaunt, grumpy, tired and in constant state of craving/hungry. By 2015, the scale crept up 20 lbs so I decided to get get a grip and get to a normal BMI by eating healthy food. I lost 47 lbs more on Weight Watchers and as cool as that is--I have found I was not eating enough calories and some nutrition areas were lacking. So I merged many good habits I learned at WW with the Spark to keep my macros in check. I have finally found a plan that works brilliantly for me and doesn't leave me craving anything but healthy foods. I have sustained a LCHF (low carb, healthy fat diet) since September 2016 (and lost an additional 12 lbs) and can honestly say I can do this forever!
My total weight loss is 133 lbs. I am happy to share my WW and LCHF experiences--just ask.



Personal Information:
I am retired from teaching (Social Studies 7th grade). My favorite color is green and I am a Capricorn!


Other Information:
I named my scale Otis (after the inventor of the elevator). Because my scale has it's ups and downs--but by the end of the week when everyone goes home-- it needs to be down.
