Need to get motivated again
I have hit a Great Wall of China (figuratively speaking). It has been over a year since I have lost weight. The pictures I posted are of me almost 2 years ago at my heaviest, around 175 lb, and last summer a couple months after plateauing, at 160 lb.
ETA: I can't remember when I made the intro text, but I am not going to delete it as it reminds me where I was a few years ago. I held onto and even gained after that post, but now I have lost it and then some. I hit my first goal of ...

I held onto and even gained after that post, but now I have lost it and then some. I hit my first goal of 150 lbs June 5, 11. Now I have set the bar (aka tracker) lower to 140 lbs.

My Goals:
My main goal is to lose weight, at 163.8 lbs I am obese for my 5'1" height.
My first goal is to get down to 150 lbs. (accomplished June 5, 2011.)
Now that I have reached goal one it is time to set the bar lower. I am going for 140 lbs.
And eventually to do the CIBC Run for the Cure, to raise money for Breast Cancer Research. As I have lost many family members to Breast Cancer, so we can find a cure before it takes anyone else.
My Program:
I am doing my best to eat healthier. I did lose about 15 lbs by eating better. And I am getting motivated to get better because I have a bummed shoulder from working as a cook.
I am now seeing a physio therapist to deal with back issues.
Personal Information:
I am from BC Canada. I work as a school cook in a K-12 school. I love working their the kids are great to work with, I love their smiles.

Thank you very much for sharing your thoughts and experiences with me. It is hard to deal with people who are trying their best, and it helps to know that other people understand.
