I need to get Healthy
Hi, I'm Clare. I joined Sparks in August of 2006. I have been off of Sparks for sometime since 2012. I've decided I need to get back on the wagon and get this weight off I gained and I believe in Sparks to help me do it a healthy way. Did it before, and we will do it again. My favorite exercise is working out with Leslie Sansone Walk at Home dvds. I thoroughly enjoy spending time with family and working in vegetable garden in the summer months. To feel energetic. To firm up my tummy. Choose to cook and shop wisely for healthier foods by making better substitutions from what we use to eat.
My Program:
Eat 3 veggies-2 fruits per day, whole grains 2X/day, keep sodium in range, exercise 6x wk, 2x strength train/wk and drink 6-8 glasses of water every day.

I like gardening, a good movie, christian music, "Oldies" rock n' roll, classic country, singing, and photoscrapping. I like to collect lighthouses and most of all I love spending time with family.

Thanks, Clare! The lost pound happened only because I put on a pound of water weight this week. And the 1000 minutes are only me doing what I do every day. 5+ miles of walking and other short routines add up!
