My name is Chris and after years and years of trying to lose weight and keep it off I have finally found my method. I live a lifestyle of eating LCHF (Low Carb, High Fat). I have been eating this way since about July 2012. You'd think that giving up bread, sugar, candy and any other form of carbohydrates would be hard but it actually hasn't been. Through eating LCHF and working out at the gym I have dropped about 30 pounds so far and two pant and shirt sizes.
