Your post on the thread got my attention. I took the opportunity to check your food log. Looks like you eat out and have an overload of crabs and fat in your diet. I would suggest trying to eat clean and have your carbs come from fruits and veggies and not bread and other carb loaded choices. The reason I say that is since I gave up gluten in my diet the pounds started dropping off, Worth a try right? 1438 days ago
