Introduction Text My name is Amber and I'm a married Mother to 2 wonderful boys. Currently I am a stay at home parent. My ChickenChasing name its not really an exaggeration. I have a flock of ladies out in my back yard. I want to be the person I know I can be. I want to be the version of myself I dream of being. I want to be an after picture. And I will be.

To start out with - 8 glasses of water a day Exercise 4x's a week (though I usually aim for 6x's) Be active on here - blog, post on boards, be here at least 3x's a week if not more.

Log my foods, exercise, and be an active member of Sparkpeople. Work on small, healthy, consistent changes that will stick and make a big impact in the long run.

I'm Amber, 30's, married mother of 2 boys. I'm a born and raised Marylander living out in Carroll County. We live a nice country life which I love. I have a large garden so I preserve what I can and have 2 dogs, a cat, some fish and chickens.

Long term goal I would like to see a 50 lb. loss putting me around 130 but that is so far off I don't even think about that really. Mostly I don't worry about the scale anymore. I worry about strength and being happy.
