Between work and outside life, I wonder if you feel the same about how tricky it can be to maintain certain routines.

Fitness Minutes: 19,536

My Goals:
I want to lose 10-15 pounds by the end of this year.
I strive to live a healthier life before I hit 50- that's right around the corner for me.

My Program:
 1. Monitor the foods I eat- sparkpeople makes a difference in my choices.
2. Walk up the hill in our neighborhood 3x a week- more is bonus.
3. Be dedicated to the healthier choices- it's not so bad just cuz it's good, right?


Personal Information:
I'm lucky to be relatively in good health. No chronic conditions to complicate matters. I do however, have a wicked sweet tooth.

Other Information:
 I love my rowdy family of 2 teenage boys, Star Wars fanatic hubs, and our tortie-cat,, "Bitsy."

    It is really good! Especially with a little cheese or fresh pico. Make sure to hollow out the hole where the pit was a bit...I learned the hard way the first time as my egg was too big and half of it came running out the side haha.
