As I get older I am finding it easier to put on the weight and harder to take it off. I am trying to change my life and loose weight to make myself healthier. I am also trying to give myself more energy and make it easier to do things thing that I love to do.

I am trying very hard to get to my ideal weight. Although it is a struggle I am determined to do it. Determination is half the battle. The rest I know I will do in time. I just have to stay motivated.

I am working on watching my calorie, fat, carb and protein intake. Amazingly I have learned a lot by doing that. I also try to work out at least 6 days a week. Some weeks are harder than others but I try to push through.
