I'm Going to Do It
I have been a member of Spark people since 1-24-09. Last year had many setbacks due to lots of stress, and many health problems that I let get in the way of my health and fitness, I put other people first, neglecting myself, and I dearly paid the price for that. I have my priorities straight now and am ready to reach my goals.

My Goals:
I am going to lose weight, get healthy and look great.
My Program:
I am working out on my Wii Fit at least 15 minutes a day, various exercises. I do strength training 3-4 days a week, and walk 30 minutes a day. I will use my Spark charts for food and exercise. I eat lots of veggies, limit red meat, and drink 100 oz.of water every day.
